There are many regulations, statutory requirements and HSE recommendations that mechanical and electrical services within a building need to comply with. These may include emergency lighting (BS 5266), L8 ACOP (control of Legionella), F-gas regulations, fixed wiring, and other electrical requirements (BS 5671), Gas Safety ACOP and the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. We work with clients and assist them to ensure that all regulations, statutory requirements and HSE recommendations are adhered to. We do this by a combination of providing direct site services and setting up documentation systems to ensure that all necessary checks, inspections, and tests are carried out and sufficiently documented. Essential to providing this service to our clients is our bespoke PPM system that has the flexibility to ensure any changes to regulations or statutory requirements can be implemented as part of an ongoing process of PPM scheduling.
