This project consisted of a full mechanical services installation for a new student accommodation block. There was also an external mechanical plantroom constructed to house the main mechanical plant.
The mechanical services provided the client with an energy efficient building utilising renewable energy sources throughout the year by the installation of two Mitsubishi Electric air source heat pumps.
The ventilation extract units were supplied by Nuaire and provided an extremely low energy usage ventilation system meeting the requirements of part L.
