This project was to provide mechanical installation services for the refurbishment of a building in Clerkenwell for a leading carpet design and manufacturer including:
- 1 x VRV heat recovery system
- 12 x fan coil units
- 2 x Daikin VAM units
- Toilet extract systems
- Hot and cold-water services
- Water detection
Since project completion we have been providing the client we an ongoing maintenance contract. The contract ensures the client has 24/7 maintenance cover, their equipment is maintained, and F-Gas requirements are met.
